It will negatively impact the land, wildlife, & local land owners if this ORV trail is reopened. It has been closed twice & has been reclaiming its natural splendor. Off-road vehicle enthusiasts put pressure on the Blm to re-open this despite local land owners requests to keep it closed. It sets a bad precedent when the Blm continually gives concessions to a user group that does so much damage.
