The Bureau of ATF: Help Us Stop the Professional Bullies From Within

The Issue

The agency has transitioned to a workplace in which promotes bullying and harassment toward individuals who file complaints. The top level bullying behavior has led to hostile work environments, victimization, depression, family issues, and consideration of suicide.

Employees are carrying invisible (emotional) scars due to workplace trauma.

The ATF was once a place in which employees took pride in claiming association. Now, things have changed. Managers and Supervisors lack Integrity. Witnesses of retaliation or unlawful behavior do not feel open to express their opinion or launch a complaint without the fear of Retaliation. ATF needs to be reformed.

Please launch an independent investigation. The complaint system is broken and need to be investigated. The current complaint systems are fraudulently misleading. We want an Agency that will uphold the “No Fear Act” when a complaint is launched. We have a right to work in a hostile free work environment. Ensure ATF is a workplace in which any sort of Retaliation is unacceptable! Ensure Managers and Supervisors are held accountable for promoting workplace division and Retaliation. Investigate Managers and Special Counsel’s interference with cases involved in an employee complaint process. Investigate why cases are pending beyond specified times and evidence is being overlooked/discounted. 

Reroute the complaint system, so it is routed outside of the Agency. We want the current Administration to take our complaints seriously. Eliminate Senior Executives, Managers, and Supervisors who abuse their position of authority. Eliminate authority figures who promote victimizing employees. Investigate and punish Authority figures that terminate individuals and/or threaten employee positions out of Retaliation. Investigate and punish the authority figures that promote and approve unethical transfers out of Retaliation. Investigate Supervisors who receive Outstanding ratings, with bonus money, but their employees do not.  Combine Senior Executive Staff positions that are duplicated verses eliminating lower level positions. Stop moving around/transferring Managers and Supervisors who have displayed Unprofessional misconduct within the Agency.  Hold them Accountable!
