This bill would allow doctors to lie to their patients with impunity because patients and their families would no longer be able to seek redress for harm done to them. It also violates a doctor's Hippocratic Oath. And patients would be making life and death decisions only partially informed, which will put the lives of expectant mothers and their babies at risk.
