By the very nature of your name, it would be assumed your organization advocates for the interests of actual pharmacists. It does not. Every year the profession spirals downward deeper toward crisis, and every year you do nothing about it. We are told to counsel and given no time to counsel. We win the right to give immunizations and are expected to give them with no additional resources. There is genuine concern that working conditions may be contributing to a rise in prescription errors. These are the type of things real pharmacists, the ones who spend their day actually practicing the profession of pharmacy in conditions that are going from bad to worse, care about, and they are nowhere near the top of any APhA priority list. It's time to accurately reflect what you are. Stop insulting us and misleading the public with your name.
