As of Monday 16th April, 26 buses around London will carry adverts promoting "ex-gay" therapy thanks to religious group The Core Issues Trust. These adverts instill the idea of harmful "gay cure" therapies which have been discredited by The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the UK's largest professional body of psychotherapists.

Not only are these adverts detrimental to vulnerable young LGBT people, they also re-instill the idea to many that homophobia is still acceptable in Britain, an idea which leads to homophobic crime and violence. Please do not allow these adverts to be released and cause the damage and hatemongering they are intended to do.
