Tell Flaum: Stop Stealing From Your Workers

The Issue

Flaum Appetizing, a kosher company, recently fired 17 workers after they rightfully asked for backpay for working overtime.

The NLRB has found that Flaum illegally fired the workers and owes its employees $260,000 in backpay. The company is refusing to pay, using delaying tactics and claiming the employees it fired (some who had been there for more than 10 years) were illegal immigrants. 

This is wage theft, clear and simple. Tell Flaum that we won't tolerate companies who steal from their employees.
