A Utah judge found a sexual predator incompetent to stand trial and not sick enough to spend his life in a mental institution. 

Tell Utah governor that sexual predators are an obligation to the state. Tell him the job of the state is to provide a safe place for its citizens. Tell him that sexual predators do not rape governors, congressmen, senators, judges or prosecutors! 

"Johnson faces five counts of rape of a child, six counts of sodomy on a child and 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, according to court documents.

In 2006, he was convicted of raping a teenage girl in Washington State, sent to prison for third-degree rape and served less than a year, according to court documents. He is required to register as a sex offender wherever he lives." From CNN, Philip Rosenbaum.
