President Ann Millner is the Weber State University president where a student was issued false credentials. The student could not get recourse from the courts and the records still remain false.
The Director of International Students Office, Mr. Emami, put in the student's database that she attended courses at the University when he knew that this was false. For example, Mr. Emami said that the student attended Masters in Criminal Justice in 1999 at Weber State University, but at this time this course did not exist. The student enrolled in an Undergrad course in 1999 to 2004. From 2005 to 2007 the student was in the Masters in Criminal Justice, not in 1999.This is not the only educational information that is false about the student record.
Another mistake is that the University record shows the student as attending Masters Degree continuously from 1999 to 2007, but this is not true. The student left the University for one year form 2004 to 2005 after finishing her undergraduate studies. This wrong information says that the student was enrolled in that one year, when she was not enrolled. This gives false information to US Immigration about where the student was and when. There are several other mistakes on the student's record that the school is refusing and has refused to correct.
The University claimed that there was a computer error that caused the student information to disappear. The student provided transcripts and other US entry documents for the University to correct the errors but the University refused to correct the records. The student sought from the courts help to correct her information because all these errors being refused to be corrected flagged her and flag her among other things for false ids.
In the courts, the University's response was that the student has graduated and that is what she needed from the university. Yes, the student has graduated but she does not have a database that shows exactly what it is she was in school for. Her transcripts tell one story and the Univeristy database tells another.
The student knows about the two stories because among other things she has a files from the US Department of Freedom of Act Information that shows all paperwork filed with US government offices by the school on her behalf. When information is entered in a student record by mistake, the University is supposed to file forms to correct mistakes with all of the offices to which they sent the forms but in this case did not happen.
Perhaps there was a computer mistake as the University alleges, but that should not be the burden of the student.
This petition appeals to integrity, to truth. President Millner refused to speak on the issue because she said it was a legal matter.
Setting the courts aside, one's conscience remains and responds oblivious of laws and any other barriers.
Petition Millner to tap into her conscience and bring forth the truth to heal damage done to a student by putting false credentials in her database.
Thank you to all of you who have come from the 50 States of America, who have come from Austria, Canada, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal and the United Kingdom in petition for Truth and Integrity.

Rely on Truth
Dear President Millner,
Despite several pleas by a student to have her records corrected, they still remain false.
This petition is to request you to tap into your conscience and think about why the records still remain false.
Setting aside all of the correspondences that have happened between the student and the university, one thing remains and that is: truth is integrity.
Much time has lapsed since the problem occurred, but the time remains for you as a person of conscience to come forth and do the right thing. For some, the matter has been closed because the student is no longer on university grounds, for others it will not matter that truth remains to be told when or if the student leaves the US, but, that, is the counter-proposition to truth as a part of who we are regardless of geographical boundaries.
Please step in and take remedial measures to restore truth to record and take pride in a student who persists on truth at all costs.
Sincerely,
[Your name]
