One of the functions of the Committee of Seventy, a Philadelphia civic organization, is to help voters inform themselves about candidates.  But they've decided that listing the Green Party's candidate for Sheriff Cheri Honkala would be "too complicated" for voters to understand.  Cheri has been nominated by a party, she's running a strong campaign, yet the Committe of Seventy has not listed her on their website.

Voters AREN'T stupid and deserve to learn about every candidate that is running!  Sign the petition and tell the Committee of Seventy to list Cheri Honkala on their website and stop judging which candidates are acceptable for the voters to know about.

But the Committee of Seventy has chosen not to acknowledge her candidacy. Cheri Honkala is a legitimate candidate, and it is not the Committee's place to decide which candidates voters should know about.
