Tell Scott Walker: Use the mortgage settlement money for the victims!

The Issue

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has announced that he intends to use over $25 million of the mortgage bank settlement — a deal struck by the government and the 5 biggest banks in an attempt to bring justice to the middle class — towards patching a hole in his deficit budget.

The settlement cash is intended to make the middle class victims whole again. They were defrauded by bad Wall Street banks, and now they’re being ripped off by the GOP!
