This petition is to call on influential leaders in the Society to call on the Nigerian building authorities to investigate and take appropriate action on a complaint laid before them concerning a building erected with substandard materials and on a weak base foundation.

Disasters occur everywhere in the world and some are preventable if the concerned authorities take appropriate action at the right time, but the silence on this complaint smells of complicity or negligence.

We don't want our community to become a piece of data in Disaster statistics, Please support our call on the Nigeria Institute of Builders (NIOB), Kano State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KNUPDA) to take action to save us from this very possible danger.
