Tell Manhattan, Kansas to pass anti-discrimination ordinance

Topeka, KS, United States
Created November 15, 2010

The Issue

On December 21, the Manhattan, Kansas City Commission will vote on an ordinance that would bar discrimination against people based on sexual orientation or gender identity in housing, public accommodations and employment. If passed, this would be the broadest anti-discrimination ordinance the state. Please tell the mayor and city commissioners that we support such a measure at the local level.
