This petition is to send a clear message to LGBT webmasters, that while there is nothing wrong with porn, it should be displayed in an accurate and positive way. In a day and age where our very rights as LGBT people are threatened, where 30% of Suicides are LGBT Youth, it is more critical than ever that we represent our community in a positive light. There is nothing wrong with gay communities online, in fact there is everything right about it; however, when a webmaster feels the need to portray otherwise harmless porn as Incest, Pedophilia, Methamphetamine Use and "Gift Giving" - or the intentional transmission of HIV - it crosses a line from "good" to "very bad".

As a community we all need to stick together, and fight for what is rightfully ours: Equality. Don't we have enough to worry about, without our own community promoting the very things that hatemongers use against us? Again, there is nothing wrong with porn, even bareback porn as it is done by consenting actors in the realm of fantasy. But when that porn is displayed in a deceptive and dark way, it can easily be misconstrued as something it is not.

Further, with more and more children surfing sites like these, because lets face it, an "18 or Over" warning page does nothing to stop a horny teen, what kind of message is that sending? MachoMoe's official moto is "Get Infected", with a Biohazard sign as his logo. As most know, the Biohazard sign or tattoo is a sign of HIV infection. When combining that sign, with "Get Infected", how could the message be any less clear?

I have spoken, in depth, with the site's owner about this. His response? Lies and slander, claiming that I am against HIV+ people. That I was a part of their network, and was banned for posting Child Pornography. That is completely, and totally, untrue. Even this petition, he would have you believe it's to take down HIV+ Communities. IT'S NOT! I was indeed a member of Jack4Jack for many years, which up until now I have never had an issue with; but then MachoMoe and ToxicTina came along and everything changed. They illegally imported Jack4Jack's database, forcing Jack4Jack members to subscribe to a site that some of us (myself amongst them) had no desire to be a part of.

They flood inboxes with "Get Infected" advertisements, that there is no way to unsubscribe from. Even if you check "do not send me email" on their sites, they continue to send it.  When I raised this issue on the Jack4Jack forums, and several members agreed that this is a problem, the thread was deleted AND THE ABILITY TO EVEN DISABLE YOUR PROFILE WAS REMOVED.

The business practices of these sites are immoral, unethical and illegal. They routinely violate DMCA copyright law in their advertisements, using whatever movie is popular at that time as their new ad. They violate the CAN-SPAM Act, by making it impossible to unsubscribe from the flood of spam, let alone the sites themselves. They also promote methamphetamine usage, which in the gay community is known as "Tina". They claim "Tina" is from "Tina Darling" - yet screen caps from their own site, that can be seen in the video above, show it next to a bag of Crystal Methamphetamine.

Why is it so hard for these sites to understand? Providing a safe place for those amongst our community of a like mind to congregate and watch bareback porn, is perfectly ok, I even applaud them for it. Providing a safe place for HIV Positive gay men to come and gather, is awesome and a totally underserved market. But why do so in such a dark, deceptive manner? Why lie to your members to defend it?

Please join me in telling MachoMoe and the rest of SocialParody that we will not tolerate them promoting the very destruction of our community. No community is more impacted by HIV and Methamphetamine, than the LGBT. It is an on going fight, and many of us have lost loved ones to one, the other, or both; myself included. Since I started this petition, they have replied with slander - claiming I posted child porn & was "banned" from a network I never wanted to be part of in the first place. Deceit - telling the rest of the membership that I'm promoting censorship and worse. Frivilious lawsuits - At the time of this writing, I have received 2 improperly filed & totally useless DMCA takedown notices (the DMCA does not even apply here), along with multiple threats of litigation. They have even gone so far as to threaten to "exclude" me from the gay community at large.

Let me ask you a simple question: If they felt they were in the right, why wouldn't they do what any other professional webmaster would do - talk about it - rather than resorting to lies, slander, and threats in an effort to scare me off?

They underestimate the power of Change.org, as well as my resolve in this. Lets show them what happens when we, the LGBT Community, make our voices heard! Please sign the petition & spread it far and wide. Together, we can make a difference!
