Proposed Constitutional Amendment #28 "POLITICAL FINANCE REFORM"

A single mechanism to incentivize Congress to eliminate their financial dependence on, and all financial connections to, private non-taxpayer funded income and benefits, (including but not limited to special interest groups, corporations, labor unions and individuals), by replacing with tax dollars all personal and professional income and benefits, both during service and after, with strict enforcement laws, thereby ending legalized political bribery.

I hereby petition Congress to bring to the floor of Congress for a vote proposed Constitutional Amendment #28 "Political Finance Reform" as described on the website PoliticalFinanceReform.org

I hereby agree to support replacing all private, non-taxpayer financial revenue streams with taxpayer funded salary and pension adjustments as described in the proposed constitutional amendment #28 "Political Finance Reform" (budget: $3.5 billion/year - 1/1000th our federal revenue) in exchange for illegalizing any and all private money revenue streams/connections for elected federal office holders both during service and after service.
