AT&T and Comcast have joined forces to sponsor a speech on September 15 by by right-wing extremist Glenn Beck in Michigan.
Why? Do these companies want to support the right-wing, racist, un-patriotic rants that has made dozens of advertisers, including AT&T, pull their ads from Glenn Beck's show over the past several weeks?
Do AT&T and Comcast agree with Glenn Beck that President Obama is a Marxist with "deep-seated hatred of white people?"
The bottom line is that companies like AT&T and Comcast which both serve a broad consumer base with a wide variety of political viewpoints shouldn't be sponsoring one of the most hate-filled and far-right voices in the media.
Send a letter to the CEOs of both companies right now and tell them that Glenn Beck is too extreme to deserve their support!
Why are you sponsoring a Glenn Beck speech?
Dear CEOs Roberts and Stephenson
I am writing to express my outrage at the fact that your companies are sponsoring a speech by right-wing extremist Glenn Back on the 15th in Michigan.
Why? Do you support his racist viewpoints or believe, as he does that our President is a Marxist with a "deep-seated hatred of white people?" Because that's what Glenn Beck has said and your sponsorship of his speech can only lead me to believe that you agree.
If not, then I urge you to say so and to pull your sponsorship of Glenn Beck's speech next week in Michigan.
