Target is eliminating their health insurance benefits this year for the majority of it's employees. New employees will only be allowed to choose between HRA's and HSA and they are not portable which means when you are terminated from the company, they get to keep the money while older employees have one more year. This is important because Target has increased their sales from $49 Billion to $65 Billion while only hiring 5000 new employees.
