While some would have Target believe they are under 'assault' by gun owners nothing is further from the truth.

Shannon Watts wants Target to stop allowing law abiding citizens the right given to them by the U.S. Constitution to defend themselves should the need arise by using lies and fear. She claims other companies have agreed to her terms only to have those companies make public statements that in fact they have not changed their policies.

What Ms. Watts doesn't get, and never will get, is that places that ban law abiding citizens from exercising their rights are perfect targets for criminals who both ignore laws and 'no guns' signs.

We, as law abiding citizens and customers of Target, stand behind you for your policy of obeying state and local gun laws and implore you keep doing so. Do not fall to the pressure of this woman and her lies!
