Support of this petition is important because law enforcement and leaders of the civil sector have ignored citizens pleas for help and assistance for the past several years. Support of this petition is important to stop the on going torture and harassment of targets across the country. To recognize and stop the deployment of technology both physical and psychological against targets where this process is unknown and unwelcome by them. That the individuals responsible for organizing and financing gangs stalking shall be held accountable and imprisoned for their actions against society, that the ill gotten gains and personal possessions of the organizers of gang stalking should be seized and distributed amongst legitimate victims.
