Supreme Court of the United States of America: Hear any case challenging the Defense of Marriage Act

Supreme Court of the United States of America: Hear any case challenging the Defense of Marriage Act
The Issue
In 1776, the Continental Congress conferred and produced a document which cited acts of tyranny and oppression from the British King. In 1996, 220 years later, a tyrannical and oppressive, not to mention "Unconstitutional" law, as described by President Barack H. Obama, was signed into law. Since that time, and most recently, court cases have had the opportunity to make their way to the Supreme Court, following all protocol and procedures in doing so.
It is clear that the US Constitution clearly dictates that we are created equal and such a law far overreaches our sacred document. Whether or not you agree with this statement is at least a conversation that should, nae must, occur.
We, the undersigned, hereby request the Supreme Court of the United States of America hear one of the myriad of cases concerning Article 3 of the Federal Defense of Marriage Act, including any or all of the following:
Golinski v. Office of Personnel Management
Windsor v. United States
Pederson v. Office of Personnel Management
Dragovich v. Department of the Treasurer
These are merely a sampling of the many cases presented to the constitutionality of section 3 of DOMA. Please hear our cases in our quest for freedom in history.
