This petiton is in support of the release from prison of Mr. Robert Wideman, AP3468.  In 1976, Mr. Wideman was convicted of Homicide and Robbery and sentenced to Life in prison even though he was not the Principal.  Mr. Wideman's only crime is that he was present during the commission of a crime that resulted in the death of one of the participants.  Mr. Wideman has already served over 33 years for his part in the crime.  In no other State would Mr. Wideman still be incarcerated for this.  He has been in prison for more years than he has been free.
