In Pakistan, cruelty to Animals is very common, there is an urgent need of ammendment in Pakistan Prevention of Animal Cruelty to Animals Act and its strict implementation.
In all civilized Nations of the world Animal protection Acts/Laws imposing penalities for Animal cruelty, why not in Pakistan?
