NHL players are getting killed on the ice and the NHL is not handing out any punishments. When Air Canada took a stance, asking the NHL to address these concerns and reconsidering its NHL sponsorships, commissioner Gary Bettman threatened to use other airlines, rather than protect his players:

"Air Canada is a great brand, as is the National Hockey League," said Bettman. "And if they decide that they need to do other things with their sponsorship dollars, that is their prerogative, just that it is the prerogative of our clubs that fly on Air Canada to make other arrangements if they don't think Air Canada is not giving them the appropriate level of service."

Let's tell Gary Bettman to start protecting his players and stop threatening corporations that care about the players more than he does:
