This is important because her life has been upside down since she has told me what happened. The accused is my x father in law and my x husband has a new daughter and im scared she will be sexually abused too. My daughter doesnt understand why her daddy and that side dont believe her. Im afraid she will be to scared to tell if it happens again. I have been fighting for a permanent injunction and TO BE PROSECUTED. CPT, DCF, Daniel Memorial have all verified her being sexually abused. So im am askin for help. There is just to much here to prove he did it and the state attourneys are not really being helpful.
