Family of LIE Crash Victim Seeks Answers

If Billy had struck and killed Sheriff Tedesco claiming sunglare obstructed his view he would be in jail awaiting sentencing. No if ands or buts about it. Don't you wear sunglasses in those situations. On the cover of Newsday both Suffolk County Police officers are wearing shades.Sheriff Tedesco was speeding no lights or sirens. Billy was an agile spry yoiung man at least if the lights or sirens were on he might have had a chance. Speeding with no lights or sirens is being RECKLESS and he should have known better. As an eywitness states Tedesco moved his vehicle back and forth a couple of times while my Nephew was lying in the street in need of emergency medical help. There has to be ACCOUNTABILITY for Tedescos actions. He must be charged. Just because you wear a badge it does not exempt you from the law.
