There are no boundries to slandering a person in America.  Regardless of ethics, desperate prosecutors can fabricate whatever comes to mind to abuse their power using slanderous extrajudicial comments. 

Again, Kini, an unpopular female "sex offender" and "stalker," is doomed to a finale blow to her psyche on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 10:00 am at the Klamath County Circuit Court at 316 Main Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon. 

15 years in city, state, federal, and international courts battling vile sexual harassment while suffering mental and physical abuse has resulted in a never ending result.  No accountability for damages while vindictive prosecutors continue to violate the constitutional rights of Kini Cosma because women remain an unprotected class of citizens, sometimes being disenfranchised as she has. 

To most officials, a woman's time does not count.  For instance, approximately  1 1/2 years ago, my dog was aggravated and provoked into viciousness by punks used by the Klamath County Sheriff's Department to violate my privacy.  Despite numerous police calls and a legal injunction I filed with the Klamath County Circuit Court, the restraint was dismissed by Judge Roxanne Osborne using the Nuts and Sluts defense to advocate more injury from the pranks of their young hoodlums.

At the very same time, further injury was acquired when I was forced into homelessness by Judge Richard Rambo violating a housing contract. Then, when I stopped at the Klamath County Senior's Citizen Center to use the restroom, my dog pulled away from me when I lost my balance, poise, and strength.  My dog bit a man leaving a very superficial wound. As a result, I was charged with a criminal misdemeanor of reckless endangering and discriminated from accessing services at the Senior's Center.

Instead of going with the merits of the case and the trial set on June 24, 2010, the desperate actions of the Ed Caleb District Attorney's office using Deputy District Attorney Chase Cole on May 11, 2010 insisted on the Nuts and Sluts defense by demanding a "mental health" evaluation, threatening to take me into custody and committing me to a mental institution over a dog bite on May 11, 2010.  I was never read my Miranda rights.

While the Klamath County Courts are aware of the vile sexual harassment going on for 15 years, originating out of the state of California, it all has been deemed "irrelevant."  The only matter out of California that the prosecutor deems "relevant" is my mental health records, not the physical records of the torture inflicted upon my body by the State of California, but the intrusive violations of my right to privacy. 

After 15 years of filing substantive and procedural assault reports, witness affidavits, complaints, injunctions, etc at the state, federal, and international level courts, human right groups continue to watch as this murder by proxy continues.  Despite 1000's of email, etc. contact to agencies, police misconduct and prosecutorial vindictiveness continues to go unnoticed because a woman's time means nothing.

If a woman is planning to become a single mother, she must herd together with the criminal element even though she is a conservative business woman needing to associate with her colleagues.  Colleagues and business people are busy.  If  U.S. officials or other persons covet your child, you can become like me, a vulnerable sitting pigeon with no protection and they can remove your child from your custody in order to further their agenda(s). 

I urge women to either herd with the criminal element, think twice about having children unless you stay with a man, even an abusive one, or spend all your time battling for women's rights before it's too late and you end up like me, slandered, libeled, branded a whore and abused under the "Nuts and Sluts" defense by the United States Government, their officials and their people.
