Kevin Cooper was convicted of murdering a white family in California in 1983. There were a variety of flaws in the investigation, including the possible planting of evidence and ignoring contrary evidence. The Ninth Circuit has refused to rehear the case, so it all comes down to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to commute Cooper's sentence. Please tell Gov.
