This petition will cut government waste by bringing requireing a National Referendum to Eliminate Several Government programs that are wasting tax payers money.  The programs that are required for the referendum are: 1.  To stop Coruption and Deal making only allow 2 terms of office for Congress.   2. Stop paying a pension plan for Congress and all Government employees and put the retired persons on Social Security a savings of aprox $ 25.5 Million a year plus the this figure is an underestimate of the earnings of Congress alone.   Item 3. would only allow raises for Congress when the Citizens vote for the raise.   Item 4.  put congress on an HMO health insurance and they would pay the same preimums an average citizen pays.
