We must stop all forms of animal abuse.It has gotten way out of control,abusers are getting away with just a slap on the hand and continuing the abuse.It has been proven that 95% of animal abusers do not stop at animals,they move on to their spouse,a loved one or children.

I am proposing that the law be amended,it is Title 18,Section 5511,Subsections c and o.1 be amended.This will give the abuser more jail time,higher fine,not allow them to have that animal again,and register with The Animal Registry--even for first time offenders,and give the animal control officers more control at the scene of an abuse case.

I have been working with the following PA. officals:Congressman Jason Altmyer (district #4)--State Representative Jim Marshal--Arlen Spector--State Senator Elder Vogel (district #47) and Governor Edward Rendall and the H.S.U.S.

We need to show our elected officials with our signatures,that we want this change.

Greetings,Elected Officals

We want to see the animal abuse laws in PA. changed.We are tired of abusers getting away with hurting,maiming and killing our innocent animals.
These people need to see that we are no longer going to allow this to continue.That they will be punished even if it is the first time they have abused an animal.
We must stop it now,before it goes through another generation,before the abusers that are out there now do not take the next step--to abusing spouses and children.
We want you to back us up on these changes,and make a positive change in the lives of all our innocent animals.Thank You.
