The demand from pet shops and other related businesses encourages the miss use,exploitation abuse, mutilation and death of millions of dogs by supporting puppy mills and horrid back yard producers. Often times these animals live in filthy conditions unsafe for any living creature and are brutally murdered when they can no longer produce offspring for resale. We ask that Washington State PROHIBIT and BAN animal retail establishments, pets tores, pet shops, & farm supply retailers from selling, reselling, listing for sale, advertising, or selling via consignment dogs, puppies or any canine born animal STATE WIDE.
