Stop Verizon From Charging $30 Upgrade Fee

The Issue

Verizon's revenue for 2011 was $70.2 billion with profits of $2.18 billion. Verizon claims they need this $30 fee to "continue to provide customers with the level of service and support they have come to expect which includes Wireless Workshops, online educational tools, and consultations with experts who provide advice and guidance on devices that are more sophisticated than ever."

This fee is clearly Verizon continuing to nickel and dime it's EXISTING customers to death while providing no increase in service. Say no to corporate greed and say no to $30 more than the outrageous prices we already pay.
