Millions of American children are identified daily with some type of mental or behavioral challenge and are subsequently recommended to school psychologists for testing. Once tested, and depending on the results of the pencil/paper tests that are administered, a school psychologist reports back to school administrators with the results. These results, which are frequently unfavorable for the student, then leads to school administrators referring parents to outside psychiatrists for further evaluation which is frequently followed by recommendations for so-called "medication." These so-called "medications" are the dream child of pharmaceuticals who were able to strategically and very profitably sell the idea to school staff and parents that the "medications" will help children perform better at school. Panicked parents who out of fear succumb to the recommendations of schools and psychiatrists, are ill informed and are never told the long term dangers of allowing their children to be prescribed harsh amphetamine based drugs. The true results indicate there are rarely any observable benefits for the child, and many children eventually suffer from brain atrophy, drug addiction, and severe heart problems leading to death. The practices of labeling thousands of American children with psychiatric disorders and subsequently drugging them is probably one of the most atrocious crimes aganist children that has ever been allowed in the history of America. Attempts to get legislators to look at this problem and author a bill that outlaws these practices is mostly ignored, due to the immense power of pharmaceuticals. In the meantime, our children are dying and thousands of minds are being destroyed, and the American public lacks vision to see these truths. The children need our help in creating and passing a bill that outlaws these practices.
Stop the Psychotropic Drugging of America's Children

It has recently been brought to my attention that America has a serious problem that is impacting two major areas of political focus. Those areas are budget and education. The problem is the out of control practices of diagnosing and labeling thoudands of America's children with psychiatric disorders and subsequently prescribing harsh life debilitating so-called "medications" that do nothing more than shut the child up and shut them down. These so-called "medications" are controlled substances and many are amphetamine based, which means they are nothing more than the street drug "speed." Most schools would expel a student for attending school under the influence of a controlled substance, but prescribed controlled substances are approved. Psychotropic drugs are destroyng the minds of our children, which leaves little hope for them to be able to compete academically, intellectually, and socially against cultures where these practices against children are not allowed. Regarding budget, foster children, whose medical bills are paid by MediCal or Medicaid depending on where they live, are highly targeted victims in these practices. This is because MediCal and Medicaid is like an open purse to prescribing psychiatrist or other medical personnel legally allowed to prescribe. Billions of dollars are paid annually to pharmaceuticals at the expense of the lives of these children, and for the foster child, they are at the mercy of whatever agency has jurisdiction over them. These children have no voice and no power and are therefore injesting an unbelievable amount pf psychotropic drugs as condoned by the Department of Mental Health and support agencies and organizations. These crimes aganist children must stop and be outlawed, so persons continuing these offenses can be prosecuted by the law. We are asking for legislation to be created and passed to end these atrocious assaults against the minds and lives of America's children, and allow them to have an opportunity to live a label free/drug free life.
