If the project goes forward as designed, any sound bleed from the apartments, roof deck and balconies will impact our ability to present live performances and events. In essence, it impacts our ability to survive as a community theater. The Marsh Theater has been serving the Mission District community since 1990, we operate seven days a week between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 pm. We present 400 shows annually on our two stages, daily classes and workshops for youth and adults.
