After decades of documented abuse of public funds the county of Cook are now claiming broke. As a result of this the county are now looking for ways to cut the budget. Can you guess where they are looking first?... Poor non-white communities. The HACC (Housing Authority of Cook County) now wants to make tenants submit to mandatory drugs tests. Failure of the drug screening would mean immediate eviction. This would effect Section 8 recipients and those who are in housing projects. The drug screening would also include senior citizens.
