Stop the 'Guantanamo' treatment of UK citizens with learning disabilities

The Issue

Following the recent exceptionally disturbing BBC Documentary concerning the almost incomprehensible abuse of patients with learning disabilities in a privately run UK Care Home

BBC Panorama May 31st 201: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-13548222

President Obama, who has recently visited the United Kingdom as a guest of Mr Cameron and Her Majesty's government has recently outlawed enhanced interrigation methods against detainees at the US 'Guantanamo' facility - many of whom have been detained as the highest level Terrorist suspects for many years

The citizens of the United Kingdom who viewed BBC Panorama on May 31st 2011 can not and will not consent to other UK citizens of this country being treated similarly, particularly in an alleged 'care' scenario
