It is my belief that same sex marriages are being banned because of the ignorance of the politicians. The gay world is not something new to society just brought attention to. It goes as far back as the Romans who had same sex affairs. We have very important people in society that are gay.  Our doctors,nurses,lawyers,politicians,teachers and on and on.  This is why aid ran rampid in the 80's everything was hidden and men went to bath houses and places where they could not be seen.

We should stand up for equality in same sex marriages maybe if society accepted that then their would not be so many hate crimes.  Also parents finding out their son's or daughters are gay who throw them out in the streets.  This is everyones problem.

So lets do something about it.  Try and get as many signatures so that this bill can be passed.
