Tell TELACU Property Management Co. to stop the abuse of AIDS/HIV Tenants

We are all Seniors and Disabled Americans living in the property TELACU Property Management Co. manages for Project New Hope, (in San Pedro, CA.) who claim to offer all sorts of supportive services to their tenants who are infected with AIDS/HIV, but in the 5 years I've lived here they have not offered any that I know of, besides A Holiday Party and a Picnic in locations about 35 miles away and that cost a fortune in gasoline to attend, or would take 3 or 4 hours there and 3 or 4 hours back on public transportation.

This building looks so very sad during the holidays. This is the only building in the neighborhood without any Holiday Lights, not even one "Happy Holidays" decoration is permitted.

With the harassment TELACU has committed on us tenants, we are all getting sicker and sicker. The stress level is extremely high and sometimes we forget to take our medications on time because of all the bullying and office politics that TELACU's President, Jasmine Borrego forces on us.

Locked out of our Community Room out of spite.

Excessive intrusive inspections - removing the Memorial Potted Plant Garden from out Courtyard Area just out of spite.

Denial of Reasonable Accommodations as laid out by the Americans With Disabilitis Act.

Referring to AIDS infected tenants as "You People".

There is no dignity in TELACU Property Management Co's way of treating us and it is killing us slowly with stress.
