STOP TAXING TOBACCO

You tell us do not smoke...we do it anyway...we are pushed outside to do so... but we do it... this tax has targeted many poor families whose parents are addicted to tobacco...and you created a larger burden on those families...You bring more stress to cause more health problems than what smoking has caused.  We are tired of all the over exaggerated health risks concerning smoking...those that smoke enjoy it and that's why they do it...You have pollution on every hand...you have carbon monoxide coming out of tail pipes, you have Chlorine in the drinking water a known carcinogen causing 10% of all cancers in America and the US Air Force is constantly spraying our skies with barium and aluminum and yet you target some tobacco smokers and make them pay for everyone's children's health care.  Yet the smoker is denied any health care.  You even start bills as the NO PACT ACT trying to stop internet tobacco sales to Adults...and such a bill is an invasion of personal privacy and a unlawful search and seizure...and again this bill just targets those poorer families who are not able to pay the high price of cigarettes at their local market but have found savings ordering online ... WE DON'T NEED ANOTHER BLACK MARKET IN AMERICA AND WE NEED TO END THE ONES WE DO HAVE... let adults make their own choice about what they consume...and quit targeting the poorer families with these unlawful and unconstitutional taxes...how about taxing the hell out of Alcohol it's just as toxic...as cigarettes...and causes many domestic and social problems in America and 76,000 deaths a year due to alcohol poisoning alone...how about taxing alcohol instead and return back to smokers their normal prices on cigarettes...Which was high enough already!!
