We must stand together to enforce the laws/public policies on the books or change it and make it so we can "Stop SOB Human Trafficking - Modern/Day Slavery (Otherwise?) 

How can, do or will we win this/the war against “Human Trafficking ~ Modern/Day Slavery” when local City Prosecutors/Attorneys and/or City Managers agree contractually NOT to enforce local enacted ordinances, laws and/or public policies against certain Sexually Oriented Businesses (SOBS) and then do and/or will selectively enforce those same laws against other SOBS allowing them all then by or as-of-right to file Civil Rights 1983 Equal Protection and Due Process claims against the City and then the SOBS are actually obtaining a court ruling/order of: NON-NO ENFORCEMENT OF ANY SOB LAWS?

How can, do or will we win this/the war against “Human Trafficking ~ Modern/Day Slavery” when local City Prosecutors/Attorneys and/or City Managers agree contractually NOT to enforce local enacted ordinances, laws and/or public policies against certain Sexually Oriented Businesses (SOBS) and then do and/or will selectively enforce those same laws against other SOBS allowing them all then by or as-of-right to file Civil Rights 1983 Equal Protection and Due Process claims against the City and then the SOBS are actually obtaining a court ruling/order of: NON-NO ENFORCEMENT OF ANY SOB LAWS?

We need and want your help/support to enact local, state and federal laws/public policies and rules to enforce the licensing, background checks and regulation of the SOBS (Sexually Oriented Businesses) the owners and stakeholders, their employees or so-called independent contractors and/or any other associated members, interested parties or other partners and business associates.
