By releasing this program it is allowing the 'bullies' to continue with their condescending actions. It shows them that they still hold the cards. This program does nothing to help fat people accept themselves and love themselves as they are. Instead, it condones bullying against people of size. It tells people that it is okay to bully someone about their weight.

It has been proven time and again that bullying someone to lose weight does nothing to help a person. Instead someone who is bullied into it ends up eating more. On top of that, once someone does lose weight, 90% of the time they gain it back within a few years.

The whole premise of these revenge shows may seem to be empowering people, but it just lets the bullies know that they are in control.
