Hundreds of businesses depend on skilled foreign workers to stay competitive on the international market. Often such companies are unable to find such skills on the local market. INA 221g is preventing the country from acquiring such talents which can ultimately improve the US economy and create new jobs. The movie "The Lost Dream" (free on peerally.tv and youtube - http://youtu.be/A-2kVk_TssI) depicts through a fiction the possible effects of denying one visa to a foreign worker actually resulting in the demise of this company.  Note that this petition is not referring to illegal immigration but legal immigration.
