To stop peope like Troy Davis from dieing or at least have a better chance at a fair trial, we must keep close eye on the criminal trial courts. Don't just act when some one has been wrongfully convicted and given the death penalty to get envolved. The best way to control a fire is to prevent it from starting. The U.S. Supreme court has given Prosecutors the green lite, they are untouchable, they can plant evidence, and just what ever it takes to get a conviction, and they can not be sued. This has been going on all the time but the Court has put it's stamp of aproval on these sleazy actions of people who's job it is  to get the truth and not just go for convictions. The entire Ga. court system is corroupt. I am a victim of the most discusting act of injustice in the history of this country, and no law official of any kind will look into my case. The Prosecutor, Medical Examnor, Coroner, law officers, my court appointed lawyer, conspired to convict me of murder in a self defense case in 2003 by inflicting a wound on the side of a dead man's head to get an aggravated assault conviction because it was self defense and no jury would have found me guilty of murder. Eight years later, I am still trying to get justice. We have to petition the U.S. Justice Dept. to go in and put a stop to this crime machine that Ga calls a Court of Law. The DOJ will not respond to indivduals request, so Please, lets get this done to head off another Troy Davis from happening. This can be concidered a State issue, but you can not ask the fox to watch the chickens. In the pass I have written the Governor down to the AJC, I even contact the U.S. Attorney of Ga.. It appears the U.S. and state courts differ in name only.
