This call for action is to  raise awareness, to the seriousness, and the consequences of a Protective Order and Domestic Violence. It has been proven over and over again that when a person has a protective order against them, in most cases that person go on to commit further abuse that end up with a violent and sad ending.

We are asking and requesting you to push and make it Law that when a person gets two protective orders against them in one year by the same or a different person, that a warrant for their arrest be issued to appear before a judge to start the intervention process.The intervention process can include but not limited to;Mandatory Behavior Management Services, Fines, Suspened License ,Jail time etc.  

That person should also register as a "Domestic ViolenceOffender",just like a Violent sexual offender has to register,  for a minimum of five years.
