The Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United State of America states:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of
a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,
shall not be infringed.”
Obviously the second amendment is delegated to the people of the United of States of America and subsequently any State that alters, denies or changes the second amendment is in violation of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Also the 1oth Amendment states that :
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Clearly the right to bear arms is delegated by the Constitution and trumps any state law altering, denying or amending it. Furthermore the elected officials that pass these state laws are and have been infringing upon our second amendment right of the Constitution of the United States of America and are in violation of your oath of office which states:
“ I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God”
You are hereby guilty of Executive Order 10450 and 5 U.S.C. 7311 (1) and we call for your resignation of all the states representatives that had any part in not defending the Constitution of the United States of America. We the People, pertaining to law abiding citizens, reinstate the rule of the Constitution of the United States of America to override all state laws as it pertains to the second amendment.
Simply put if you are a citizen of the United States of America, can pass a federal and state background check, have not been committed to a mental institution then you have the right to buy handguns, long guns and ammunition in any state. And also you would have the right to bear them open or concealed wherever you may travel in our Great Country anything less is a violation of the Constitution and We the People will not stand for this.(Guns should also be loaded with open carry an unloaded gun defeats the purpose for self defense).
