Final Fantasy 14:ARR came out August 23, 2013 for all people around the world to play. However, since that time, paying customers from EU/NA have had a horrible experience with the lack of any signs of caring to this entire part of the world. We have had little to no communcation on a lot of things, and customer support has been absolutly horrible. Customer support representatives have accidentially given away people's private information to other people, are rude, some times never answer, and are not helpful most of the time.

We are paying customers as well as the Asian players and should be treated equally. This is very disrespectful to anyone that is from EU/NA region.

You still haven't fixed the NA P2P throttling issue either.

You can no longer declare that you are having money issues since we all know 1.2 million people have bought the game and all of them have to subscribe to the game in order to play it.

Fix these issues. We're tired of waiting.
