This court gave a woefully inadequate sentence to this child molester in the first place. They gave him only six years. This poor excuse of a man was a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for Spencer County when he committed these crimes. Just for that reason alone he should have received a tougher sentence.

And now, they are going to make the children he terrorized suffer that much more by releasing him early? I don't understand this. They give drug dealers longer time in prison than this.
