Everyone should support this change. There will be times when you may be unable to bring your pet to their own vet , such as emergency cases. My beautiful two-yr old cat went in for an X-ray because his vet did not own an X-ray machine . He was given ANETHESIA and died instantly on the table . FOR AN X-RAY I've lost a beautiful animal.
