Hello everyone, hope your day is going well, I got this on-line today and thought what a wonderful idea to send all animal lovers. you can put any shelter down ,I am personally putting down CITRUS COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES IN FL. As I got one of the most wonderful rescued Catahoula Leopards there .they micro-chip,give starter packs w/ food and treat. and the adoption fee includes the spaying.($50.00). The place is in big time need as many are. hope you will take part in this one.

This past spring, millions of votes were cast in our second The Animal Rescue Site $100,000 Shelter+ Challenge -- together with Petfinder.com. Over 70 animal shelters in the U.S. received grants to help them better look after the pets in their care. Shelters like 4 Luv of Dog Rescue in Fargo, North Dakota.

Beginning today and each day through December 20th, you can cast your vote for your favorite participating Petfinder.com shelter or rescue group. You could help that shelter win one of three big prizes, which include a $3,000 grant for third place; $5,000 grant for second place; and a $20,000 Grand Prize grant.
In addition to those grants, we're offering a pair of $2,000 judged prizes for the most touching story and photo from a shelter. Please all animal lovers read this and join. every shelter needs help. Why not add this to your list of THINGS TO DO? One moment everyday, could bring so much help. We need stronger laws in place for animal abuse,and the abusers. We need ,not want,need more time for the shelters to keep these animals alive,their are so many that only hold animals for 3 days. Can you imagine, being picked up from the street, maybe you are only lost, but 3 days later you are KILLED. I find that a sin. Please lets help get money to the shelters and bless places like kaboddle cats, and dogtown..Please do not ignore this .Together we CAN do this...
