Since the tax payer came to the rescue of the crooked, greedy and incompetent Banks as well as Wall Street, I think that now,  since they are back to making 100's of millions of dollars in profit, the Banks and Wall Street should return the favor. 

An Extended Benefits fund should be created and Americans who are out of work at no fault of their own can collect extended benefits against this fund.  So long as the unemployment rate remains above 5 per cent this action would remain in effect.  The working class in America does not deserve to be treated in such a careless and apathetic manner.  The working class voted the members of congress in to represent them and therefore the members of congress should do their job, since they are not,  they should either be fired or take a reduction in pay as many Americans who have lost their job have done.  It's time congress start feeling the effects of the bad decisions they make instead of just pawning off their incompetence onto the working class citizen.  It's the working class citizen that supports the poor and the rich.
