Invest at least £10 per person per year in walking & cycling in Birmingham for at least 10 years, and set a more ambitious target for cycling to be at least 10% of all Birmingham journeys by 2025.

The Issue
Birmingham has dangerous and illegal levels of air pollution, which is having negative impacts on our health.
Traffic is by far the biggest cause of air pollution in our city, and if we can start reducing traffic levels by having more people make their journeys by bike or on foot, we would have a massive impact on the quality of our air.
We're asking Sir Albert Bore and Birmingham City Council to show real leadership and help people make that positive choice, by having ambitious targets for active transport and providing the resources to make those targets a reality.
Support the campaign and call on Birmingham City Council Leader Sir Albert Bore to build on the success of Birmingham’s Cycle City Ambition Grant, by investing £10 per person per year in active transport in Birmingham.
