The Ministry of Environment and Forest introduced the draft rules for pet shop, dog breeders and fish aquarium but draft rules proposal have been dropped by the Ministry with the consultation of the Ministry of Legal Affairs because animal abusers are united and well organised, they managed the Ministry of Legal Affairs with the help of Law Minister Salman Khurshid.
Let us be united to oppose the Ministry of Legal Affairs opinion, we support the legislation for pet shop, dog breeders and fish aquarium, that must be introduced at once because animals are being exploited, abused for personnel gain and profit in India.
